Minister of Energy, John Peter Amewu says there will not be any intermittent power outages during this Christmas season.
He said government and players in the power sector have assured him everything possible is being done to ensure that Ghanaians enjoy the yuletide without power cuts.
Ghanaians have been experiencing intermittent power outages for some time now with some asking if the country is back to the period of ‘dumsor’.
Mr Amewu said it is the priority of government to ensure that Ghanaians have constant power supply at all times.
Mr Amewu said he will ensure continuous supply of power throughout the Christmas holidays.
