The Ministry of Finance has debunked media reports that government has suspended recruitments into the Security Agencies.
A statement from the Ministry said the reports are simply an attempt by unscrupulous persons to create mischief.
It says the publications are false and appealed to the public to disregard them.
The statement points out that government is focused on delivering on its mandate through the 2021 Budget and the Ghana CARES programme, which is aimed at ensuring economic recovery and transformation.
