A Security Analyst, Adams Bonaa has called for a comprehensive National Security Policy in the wake of reports of another kidnapping involving two Canadian girls in Kumasi.
Mr Bonaa is of the view that, a National Security Policy will supersede any other policy on security in a bid to end the creeping menace of kidnapping in the country.
In an Interview, Mr Bonaa said it is imperative for the security agencies to easily identify foreigners and their residence in the country.
