The Minister of Works and Housing, Samuel Atta Akyea says structures along on will be demolished this year.

Speaking in Accra when he took his turn at the meet the press series, he said NADMO is embarking on an activity that will move people from flood ways. He added that it is better to pull down few structures along water ways than to lose a whole community to flood.
The Minister Atta Akyea, said his ministry is poised to give Ghanaians the very best for the nation to move ahead as the nation thrives to move beyond aid.
