122 cartons of expired carnation milk from Bawku SHS destroyed

The Food and Drugs Authority, FDA has destroyed 122 cartons of expired carnation milk from Bawku Senior High School.

This was to rid the market of expired, contaminated, unregistered, and all kinds of unwholesome products on the market and also prevent the potential re-entry of these products into the supply chain.

The exercise was supervised by Officials from the Environmental Protection Agency, the Environmental and Sanitation Agency, Ghana Standards Authority, Ghana Police Service, GRA-Customs Division, Pharmaceutical Council, Economic and Organized Crime Office, EOCO, and the Ghana Health Service.
