Founder of Heaven Way Champion International Ministry, Patricia Asiedua, popularly known as Nana Agradaa, has been charged again with two counts of non-consensual sharing of intimate images, contrary to the Cybersecurity Act.

She has been charged together with four others, but the fifth accused is at large.

Nana Agradaa and two of her accomplices have each been admitted to bail in the sum of ¢100,000 with three sureties who must be family members.

The Complainant is one Prophet Emmanuel Appiah. The facts of the case presented in court indicate that sometime in 2020, Nana Agradaa, who is said to be the owner of a television station, hosted a programme on the said station and intentionally showed the naked pictures of the complainant on live TV and made mockery of him.

The other accused persons who were panelists on the show, Enoch Owusu Kissi, a media practitioner; Charles Omane, a businessman; Emmanuel Kofi Gyasi, a TV presenter; and one Andy currently at large, encouraged her on the course.

The said programme was also streamed live on Youtube and Facebook, where a witness in the case saw it and informed the complainant about it.

Nana Agradaa is also alleged to have intentionally distributed intimate images of the complainant to another person through WhatsApp.

The complainant lodged a complaint with the Police and the four accused were arrested.
