President Akufo-Addo has directed the Engineering Council of the Ministry of Works and Housing to undertake an integrity audits of the public buildings and structures and advise government on it.
He also tasked the Ghana Geological Authority to undertake around-the-clock monitoring of seismic activity in the country.
President Akufo Addo was speaking at a stakeholders conference on the report from the national committee on earthquakes in Accra.
