Immediate Past Ghanaian Minister for Trade and Industries and aspiring flag bearer for the New Patriotic Party, NPP Alan Kyerematen, on January 24 2023 had a breakfast meeting with the Clergy in Accra.
The meeting saw leaders, Head Pastors and Senior men of God from different denominations across the Ghanaian Christian faith present.
In his address, Mr. Kyerematen showed gratitude to the men of God for their prayers and support over the years and still asked for their support and prayers for the country in these difficult times and to be guided in his next political dimension as he embarks on a presidential quest.
He also assured of his commitment to work with them should he become the president of Ghana while carrying out his duties responsibly for the attainment of a better and working nation. He reiterated the Great Transformational Plan he proposed during his nationwide broadcast when he made his intentions known. He said in the execution of his transformational Plan he will need the support and commitment of the Christian community and other faith-based organizations.
“To execute this Transformational Plan, I will need the support and commitment of the Christian community and other faith-based organizations, particularly those of you in leadership. I have pointed out in my broadcast to the nation, the need for servant Leadership among other things”, he added.
