The embattled Chairman of the GPRTU, Mr Kwame Kumah has told the media he remains the chairperson of the Union despite the dissolution of his administration by the National Executive Council of the GPRTU.
Mr Kumah says any national executive council meeting without the national executives constitutes illegality and therefore any decision taken at such a meeting does not hold.
He has vowed to stop a 24th August Congress announced by an interim management committee appointed by the NEC.
