At least nine people are feared dead while about 18 others sustained various degrees of injury when a Metro Mass Transit bus with registration number AS 2951-10 from Accra to Diaso collided with a Yutong bus with number GN 4368-14 coming from the opposite direction this morning at Ekumfi Dunkwa in the Mankessim-Winneba stretch of the Central Region.
Bodies of the dead have been conveyed to the mortuary while the injured are on admission at the Saltpond Municipal government hospital and the Catholic hospital at Mankessim.
