Pressure is mounting on government to make public the full report of the fact finding Committee that investigated the shooting incident at Manso Nkwanta in the Ashanti Region.

Police shot seven people dead, accusing them of being armed robbers who had engaged them in an exchange of fire.

However, a statement issued by government on the report, said the Committee was not furnished with any facts to support the claims.

Ranking Member on Defence and Interior Committee of Parliament, James Agalga said the full report must be made public.

He cautioned against any haste to accuse the Police of wrong doing. He, however says the Committee will push for adequate compensation for the families of the deceased.
