Kojo Oppong-Nkrumah, the new Works and Housing Minister, has hit the ground running with his first official visit to the Real Estate Agency Council.
He impressed upon them to ensure that their offices open officially by close of April 2024.
“My first working visit as Minister responsible for Works and Housing was to the soon-to-be completed offices of the Real Estate Agency Council,” Mr. Oppong-Nkrumah wrote.
He had an engagement with the Management, Board and Contractors to expedite the work.
“In my interactions with the Board, Management and Contractors, I’ve asked them to complete work and open the Offices before the end of April.”
The Real Estate Agency Council will help protect the interests of citizens when they undertake real estate transactions.
