Three persons sustained severe injuries following a fire outbreak at the Sekondi Fishing bay, in the Western Region yesterday.

Several fishing gears were burnt to ashes.

The Public Relations Officer of the Western Regional Fire Command, Emmanuel Bonney, said the incident may have been caused by premix fuel.

He said the three injured persons have been taken to hospital and are receiving treatment.
