An Accra Circuit Court presided over by Justice Emmanuel Essandoh has granted bail in the sum of ¢12,000.00 to a Nigerian woman who impersonated some Ministers of State to defraud victims of more than ¢10,000.00.
The accused person who is a trader, Vivian Sajida Imran, pleaded not guilty to all the charges leveled against her.
In addition to her bail sum, she is to produce two sureties, one of whom must be a public servant earning not less than ¢1,200.00.
This was after her lawyer had prayed the court for her to be admitted to bail.
