Two people are feared dead, following gun shots Tuesday morning at a community called Anyinamain in the Krachi Nchumuru District of the Volta Region.
Information gathered so far indicates that the gun shots were as a result of a farm land conflict between two communities, Anyinamain and Boafri.
The misunderstandings have been going on for some time now, but reports say the shots were fired when people from Anyinamain went to construct yam mounds.
The allegations are that, the gun shots were from the people of Boafri.
The Krachi Nchumuru District Commander of the Ghana Police Service, Frimpong Gyan-Mante confirmed the report, but said the Police are on their way to the community for further investigations.
