A Member of Parliament for Wa East, Dr. Godfred Seidu Jasaw in conjunction with Direct Aid Ghana has provided potable water to three communities: Yayuo Yiri, Katua and Kpalworgu.

The project: ”Water for all”, initiated by the MP is geared towards making potable water available and accessible to his Constituents.

In line with this, the MP has been partnering and attracting other organisations, both local and international to help construct a number of boreholes across the Wa East and Direct Aid is one of such organisations that has agreed to help the MP to achieve his ”Water for all Project”, goals.

A statement issued by the Communication Officer of the Area, Muda Umar notes that “the Office of the Member of Parliament has since 12th December, 2021 taken the company to the site and three boreholes were successfully drilled”, at undisclosed cost.

“Now that Yayo Yiri, Katua and Kpalworgu have also gotten their share of the novel project.
