The ruling on a bail application by the lawyer for ACP Benjamin Agordzo has been adjourned to the 16th of this month.
The move is as a result of a supplementary affidavit filed by Martin Kpebu which the state representative said they did not serve early enough to study it.
As a result of the short served affidavit, the Court presided over by Justice Charles Ekow Baiden subsequently adjourned the ruling and directed lawyers from both sides to file their written addresses.
ACP Benjamin Agordzo, a former Director of Operations of the Ghana Police Service and nine others have been charged with abatement to commit treason felony and treason.
