The two-time champions of the Ghana Premier League, Aduana Stars, secured a convincing 3-0 victory over Bibiani Gold Stars in the final match of Matchday 10 at the Nana Agyemang Badu Park in Dormaa Ahenkro.

Aduana Stars who played at home, managed to beat the visitors, Bibiani Gold Stars in a 3-0 win after full time.

In the opening two minutes, the visitors came close to taking the lead with a well-executed free kick, only to be thwarted by the goalkeeper.

Despite the home team’s persistent threats in the initial 15 minutes, they were consistently denied by Bibiani Gold Stars’ goalkeeper, preventing them from breaking the deadlock.

Emmanuel Gyamfi, the home team’s winger, eventually opened the scoring with a header into the 18-yard box from Sam Adams’ cross.

The home team extended their lead in the 25th minute when Emmanuel Gyamfi capitalized on a well-placed pass, lobbing the ball over the goalkeeper positioned outside the penalty box.

Although the visitors had a missed opportunity from their striker, they were unable to get on the scoreboard.

As Aduana Stars continued to dominate, they secured a 3-0 lead with a well-delivered cross from Opoku Wakii Godfrey to Isaac Mintah, who confidently tapped the ball into the net.

Despite the visitors’ efforts to secure a consolation goal in the second half, they couldn’t find the back of the net. In the 59th minute, Ronald Frimpong missed a one-on-one chance against the goalkeeper after successfully dribbling past him.

Aduana Stars now sits atop the league table with 21 points, while Bibiani Gold Stars currently occupies the 14th position with 11 points.
