A Former Vice Chancellor of the University of Ghana, Legon, Emeritus Prof. Ivan Addae-Mensah, has urged the government to institute measures to check the upsurge of academic fraud in Ghana.
He said the numerous cases of corruption are due to some people working with fake certificates.
According to him, these people pay fake institutions for the certificates and if not checked, can create problems in the future.
Emeritus Prof. Addae – Mensah said this at the 14th Graduation of the Accra Institute of Technology.
