UTAG holds free SHS implementation forum in Cape Coast

The National Secretariat of the University Teachers Association of Ghana (UTAG) has held a forum to discuss the implementation of the Free Senior High School (SHS) policy and the double track system in Cape Coast.
 
The discussion was on the theme ” Implementation of the free Senior High School and the double track policy: Implications for quality tertiary education in Ghana”.
 
According to our correspondent Kingsley Nana Boadu who was at the forum, although all the panelists agreed to the idea of the free SHS, policy there was divergent opinions on how it is being implemented.
