Blood connects the human race and the National Blood Service is always in need of blood.

One of the key groups that keep the Blood Bank alive is second cycle schools and this is such that when second cycle schools are on break the Blood Bank suffers.

It is therefore in this light that the National Blood Service is introducing a new blood donor tracker app, soon to be rolled out nationwide.

At a media stakeholders engagement, the Brand Ambassador for the National Blood Service, Maame Kwaaba Stephens said the app will help track the blood they get in a particular school or region at a time.
