The Management of Menzgold has announced the schedule to commence the process of validation in order to settle all verified claims of their customers.
A statement signed by the Head of Communications, Nii Armah Amarteifio, stated the validation process will commence on Monday October 28th to Thursday November 28, 2019.
“All Costumers are expected to visit any of the respective outlet within the working hours. Customers are obliged to submit copies of the gold trading agreement, receipt of gold traded purchases, gold trading commission receipt, valid national ID card and evidence of gold re-trades receipts or agreement”, it stated.
According to the Management of the Company, the schedule time is 9am-4pm each working day.
The Management has assured the public to take note of the designation outlets for the exercise which will commence on Monday October 28th.
