Nana Kwame Bediako, popularly known as Freedom Jacob Caesar or Cheddar, a Ghanaian businessman and Leader of the New Force Movement said he is not a politician but a visionary.
He made this comment when he appeared on TV3’s New Day Show.
“Politicians like promises and leaders like purposes, I honestly do not understand politics the way politicians in Ghana understand their templates of politics but I definitely understand leadership and I think that even if you’re a politician, you still need leadership skills to be able to govern the country” he stated.
According to Him, he has recently embarked on his listening tour across all the regions and so far he has visited about 8 or 9 regions in the space of 11 days. He said he dubbed the tour “ the listening tour” because, it was something he wanted to do differently from all the other campaigns that has happened in the country and that they aren’t following the traditional political way of campaigning.
He further explained that, they wanted to do something very different. They want to interact with the people, reach the people and connect with them in order to know their problems and know how best to govern them if given the chance.
Nana Kwame Bediako based on their research said they’ve realised currently, 69.8% of the people are just looking for jobs.
