The Western Regional Minister, Kwabena Okyere Darko-Mensah says to propel the region’s drive towards achieving its dreams of becoming a model Region of Ghana, it needs an excellent human resource base.
He said based on three pillars, entrepreneurial governance system, enterprise Western Region and mainstreaming the youth throughout the sustainable development goals.
Mr. Okyere Darko Mensah noted that achieving this will only mean that the people on board have to be ones with a high caliber of excellence.
The Regional Minister was speaking at the Second Dinner and Awards night of the Takoradi Campus of the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration, GIMPA at Takoradi in the Western Region.
