Bofoakwa Tano has parted ways with Coach, Frimpong Manso via a press communique. The sunyani based football club has recently been in the news following the hooliganism act caused by their fans.

Bofoakwa Tano gained promotion to the Ghana Premier League after qualifying from the Division 1 League last season and had so far enjoyed a smooth run in the ongoing league which saw them move to the summit of the league table in the opening weeks following some decent victories on the road against Hearts of Oak and Real Tamale United.

Coach Frimpong, along side his assistant, Issac Sarfo have all left the club. The two helped the team climb up to 6th position on the league table after game week 11 this season.

Following a statement by the club, it was mentioned that the decision was made in the keen interest of the club.

Coach Frimpong Manso becomes the second coach to leave his club after Hearts of Oak’s disengagement with its former coach Martin Koopman mid November.

The Sunyani based side will not be in action this weekend in the Ghana Premier League as their opponent Dreams FC starts their CAF Confederation Cup journey on Saturday.
