The 2022/23 Volta Regional Division Two League is set to commence on the weekend of Friday, 10 February 2023 to Sunday, February 12, 2023 across various game centers in the region.
The announcement was made on the social media handles of the Volta Regional Football Association (VRFA).
The Regional FA during its congress hinted at the return of the 2020/21 football season game center approach for the upcoming season.
For the first time, the region would witness a football league being launched together with the unveiling of competition logos.
The league fixtures for the 2022/23 season will soon be released to enable clubs to prepare effectively for the season.
The start of the Division Two League will propel the start of the Regional Women’s League, the Juvenile League, Beach Soccer and Division Three at the district level.
Last year Volta Rangers Football Club emerged as winners of the 2022/23 regional league.
