As part of activities to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Okyehene, Osagyefo Amoatia Ofori Panin, telecommunication giant MTN is organizing a golf competition in his honour on October 19, 2019.
The prestigious event which tees off at the Tafo golf course in the Eastern region is expected to attract over 80 golfers selected from all the major golf clubs nationwide participating in the 9 hole competition for laurels.
In a statement released by MTN Ghana sighted by www.gbcghanaonline.com, the Emerald anniversary marks 20 years of good leadership, innovation and conservation and acknowledges the role of chieftaincy in national and social development.
According to MTN, it is an opportunity to engage its stakeholders, collect feedback, fraternize outside the office, getting the opportunity to go to their customers in a local setting.
