Talented midfielder Maxwell Baakoh played his first match for Asante Kotoko after fully recovering from an injury which kept him out of action for 10 months.
Baakoh played 46 minutes as Kotoko beat Lazio FC 3-1 in a preparatory match at the Baba Yara Stadium.
He suffered the injury in February last year during the club’s campaign in the CAF Confederation Cup.
The 24-year-old will be hoping to make Kotoko’s squad for league clash against Berekum Chelsea on Sunday.
