The home was established by the late Rev. Elizabeth Osei, a retired nurse with the aim of taking care of the orphans and the destitute in remote areas in the region. Currently, the home has about thirty-eight children under their care.
There is also a school to cater for the educational needs of the children. Funding of the home is mainly by fund raised by the late Rev. Elizabeth Osei with occasional donations in cash and kind from churches, institutions and organizations in the region.
The orphanage requests for sponsorship on behalf of the home to help meet the increasing high cost of running the home.
The orphanage counts on everyone’s assistance in their mutual bid to support the worthy course whilst helping the destitute in society.
