Officers of the Eastern Regional Office of the Food and Drugs Authority, FDA have continued with their market surveillance activities at Kwahu.
Officials say this has become necessary following troupes of people and concentration of activities during the Easter Holidays.
The action is to provide direct education to consumers and also to pick first hand information relating to its work.
The FDA exists to ensure the safety, quality and efficacy of human and veterinary drugs, food, biological products, cosmetics, medical devices, household chemical substances and clinical trials, and the control of tobacco products through the enforcement of relevant standards to protect public health.
