The Chairperson of the Steering Committee at STAR-Ghana, Dr. Esther Ofei-Aboagye says even though a lot of regions have been deprived in terms of development, the newly created regions will facilitate development. She urged Ghanaians to take advantage of the opportunity to put things right.

Dr. Ofei- Aboagye was speaking on a GJA/STAR-Ghana partnership show on GTV dubbed, ”We The People”. She added that there should be enough education and capacity building on what the regions require to function effectively.

Governance Expert, Dr. Eric Oduro Osae said there should be consciousness among Ghanaians to forge partnership with government on the development agenda. He appealed to Ghanaians to help develop the new regions with their resources.
