One of the men caught on camera in the Anas Aremeyaw Anas investigations on Galamsey, Andy Owusu will appear before investigators at the Office of Special Prosecutor today.
Mr. Owusu, who was described in the Anas documentary as highly connected in government facilitated the meeting between the former Secretary to the Inter-Ministerial Committee on Illegal Mining, Charles Bissue and the Tiger Eye Team.
He is expected to answer questions on his role in the illegal mining taskforce.
Prosecutors will also introduce him to his accusers for purposes of identification.
Meanwhile, Mr. Bissue has made his first appearance before the committee in the company of his lawyers and was questioned by the special prosecutor’s investigators over his alleged criminal activities as caught on tape by Investigative Journalist, Anas Aremeyaw Anas.
