The Speaker of Parliament, Alban Bagbin has asked Members of Parliament who are yet to test for COVID-19 to do so before today.
Testing for the virus by MP’s started last week but was not completed. The Speaker issued the directive during the conduct of business at the plenary.
Parliament has begun the conduct of its business in a tent situated at the forecourt of the house. The arrangement is to allow for social distancing in line with the COVID-19 safety protocols.
