Affected flood victims in the Upper East Region are complaining about the relief items being distributed to them.
According to them, what they need is food and not the mattresses and mosquito coils being given to them.
The floods in the region have killed at least twenty-eight people leaving 206 homes destroyed.
There are also reports suggesting that those affected are not getting the relief items.
