President Akufo-Addo signs book of condolence in honour of Queen Elizabeth II

President Akufo-Addo has signed the book of condolence at the British High Commission in Accra today to pay homage to the late Queen Elizabeth of England, who passed away on September 8, 2022.

The President, while signing the book on Monday, September 12, shared some memories of his engagements with the late British Monarch, who ruled for 70 years.

President Akufo-Addo was accompanied by the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration, Madam Shirley Ayorkor Botchwey.

He had a conversation with the British High Commissioner to Ghana, Harriet Thompson, after signing the book of condolence.
