The Chief Executive of the Dangote Group, Aliko Dangote has urged African businesses to collaborate and keep investing in the continent.
By doing this, he said, will enhance Africa’s growth and make its economy resilient enough to compete with the Western world.
Speaking at the ongoing 30th Anniversary of Afreximbank, Mr. Dangote said “Afreximbank is positioned and ready to work with any business by providing them with facilities that will enable trade under the AFCFTA”.
Mr. Dangote called on African leaders to patronize goods and services within the continent, citing the fertilizer products, cement, and other oil products of the Dangote group as well as that of others.
This move, he said, will help businesses grow and expand.
