Today marks the 30th anniversary of World AIDS Day which is marked on first December every year.
Since 1988, the AIDS response has made significant progress and today millions of people living with HIV are leading healthy and productive lives.
Inspite of these strides, Ghana still has a long way to go, as the latest UNAIDS report estimates that more than nine point four million people living with HIV still do not know their status.
World AIDS Day 2018 seeks to highlight the need for people to freely go for testing.
