The Adjabeng District Court presided over by Isaac Addo has directed prosecutors in the case involving Dancehall artistes, Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy, to file their last witness statement before the 15th of next month.

The two musicians are in the grips of the law for offensive conduct.

Prosecution led by Superintendent Emelia Asante, told the Court that they intend to call four witnesses.

She added that they have already served the defendants with the witness statements of three witnesses, except one, in addition to a video and other exhibits.

The prosecution prayed for time to be able to file the remaining witness statement and other exhibits.

The Court adjourned hearing to the 16th of next month.

At its last sitting, the Court admitted Charles Nii Armah known as Shata Wale and Livingstone Etse Satekla, known as Stonebwoy, to bail in the sum of fifty thousand Ghana cedis each with one surety.

Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy have been charged for issuing threats and using abusive words with the intention to disturb public peace. Stonebwoy faces an additional charge for displaying an Australian gun.
