Kumasi Asante Kotoko have qualified to the group stages of the CAF confederations Cup after beating ”Coton Sports” of Cameroun by two goals to one at the Baba Yara Stadium in Kumasi.
Kotoko qualified on a 5 – 3 aggregate following a 3 – 2 win in Cameroun.
Kotoko got the first goal through a penalty in the 26th minute converted by Amos Frimpong.
The second goal came in the 64th minute through Maxwell Darko. Coton Sports got a consolation goal in the second half.
