Computer Software giant Microsoft has signed a deal with Alliance for Green Revolution in Africa, to help develop agricultural digitisation strategies for eleven African countries.

The deal also seeks to improve the internal processes of AGRA to better deliver its mandate of improving agriculture on the continent.

Ghana and Kenya are expected to be the early beneficiaries of this arrangement.

At the signing ceremony in Accra, the Vice President for Inclusive Agriculture Transformation in Africa, Vanessa Adams said AGRA is hopeful that the deal will bring significant change to Agriculture.
