The Ghana Statistical Service has postponed the 2020 population and Housing Census scheduled for March 15, 2020, to June 28, 2020.
What are the reasons for postponing the census and how sure should Ghanaians be that the new date will be upheld? Radio Ghana finds out from the Head of Census Publicity, Education and Advocacy at the Ghana Statistical Service, Francis Nyarko- Larbi who enumerated some reasons for the change of date.
He mentioned the mapping process and the need to build quality data among other issues as reasons for postponing the exercise.
