High Commissioner of Sierra Leone pays courtesy call on GBC

The High Commissioner of Sierra Leone in Accra concurrently accredited to Togo and Burkina Faso, Francess Virgenia Anderson has paid a courtesy call on the Director General and Management of GBC at Broadcasting House in Accra.

The visit is to deepen cooperation between GBC and Sierra Leonean broadcasting service in the training of staff technicians.

The High Commissioner, madam Anderson said GBC is rich in content and expertise and will wish the Sierraleon Broadcasting Corporation to learn from this best practice.

She added that it will be an opportunity for Siera Leone to train its staff to be able to deliver effectively in the area of technical production.

The Director-General of GBC, Professor Amin Alhassan welcomed the initiative by the Sierra Leon High Commissioner and said it will help both institutions share ideas, content and practices for national development.
