The IMF has announced 50 billion dollars in funding, for countries hit by the coronavirus. The IMF said it is making the money available to help poor and middle-income countries, with weak health systems to respond to the epidemic.
Covid-19 has now claimed three thousand, one hundred and 99 lives out of ninety-four thousand cases worldwide.
Italy has three thousand and 89 cases and over a hundred fatalities. The government has announced all schools and Universities will be closed for some time to control the spread of the virus.
