COVID-19 has no doubt changed the way businesses operate by the day. Social distancing and ensuring that there is soap and water for washing of hands and hand sanitizers to keep people safe from being infected with Coronavirus has become a norm.

Now, the cliché is ”NO MASK NO ENTRY ”. The State Transport Company, Intercity STC, says it has put in place measures at its bus terminals and onboard the busses to ensure that passengers are safe.

STC’s Deputy Managing Director in Charge of Finance and Administration, Nana Adwubi Nortey, has been sharing with Rebecca Ekpe, how it had to cut back passenger intake per bus in compliance with social distancing protocols.

She explained that the company has suffered some losses as a result of the closure of the border because most of its revenue stream comes from neighbouring countries.
