President Akufo Addo will today address the Nation on the Electoral Commission’s resolve to compile a new Voter Register for the 2020 elections.
The new Voter Registration exercise commences tomorrow Tuesday 30th June, 2020 following the Supreme Court’s ruling last week giving the Commission the green light to admit only the Ghana Card and Ghanaian Passport as the only form of legal documents to be used as an identity for registration or two Ghanaians who have registered to guarantee for those who do not have any of the two legal documents.
According to Eugene Arhin, “the time for the address will be communicated in the course of the day.”
