Deadline for submission of bids to purchase assets of collapsed microfinance, others extended

The Receiver of insolvent Microfinance Savings and Loans Companies, Eric Nana Nipah has informed the public of his intention to commence the second round of the sale of assets of the insolvent companies.

This is in response to the numerous requests for an extension of the deadline to enable prospective bidders appropriately bid for them.

Mr Nipah extended the deadline for the submission of bids to purchase the assets which include landed properties, motor vehicles and chattels by a further two weeks from the initial deadline of Monday July, 27 to Friday, August 14, 2020.

Due to the coronavirus pandemic, all interested bidders are required to visit the Receiver’s website to view pictures and other details of the assets on offer for sale.
