The Ministry of Health has inaugurated Governing Boards for the Korle-Bu and Ho Teaching Hospitals in Accra.
Addressing members of the two Boards, Minister of Health, Kwaku Agyeman Manu, said the Reform in the Amendment Act, Act 525 of the Ghana Health Service and Teaching Hospitals, requires that these Teaching Hospitals have new Boards to oversee their day-to-day activities.
He said the change in Board of Directors, will help better manage the health facilities.
