The Ghana Chamber of Construction Industry has warned of a pending strike and deconstruction should government fail to address its concern within the next 14 days.

The group say government owes them for work done since 2015.

CEO of the group, Emmanuel Cherry told Nathaniel Nartey that leadership of the Chamber of Construction Industry was forced to give government the 14 days ultimatum after it failed to honour an agreement reached for defined modalities for payments of all areas owed them.

Mr. Cherry debunked the false assumption that the Chamber is in bed with either government or opposition.
