The Supreme Court has set March 30, 2021, to rule on the Santrokofi, Akpafu, Likpe and Lolobi, (SALL) review application, which gave the Electoral Commission the go ahead to gazette Mr. John Peter Amewu, as the Member of Parliament for the Hohoe constituency.
The Seven-member panel presided over by Justice Yaw Apau fixed the date after Mrs. Grace Ewool, Chief State Attorney and Mr. Tsatsu Tsikata had argued their cases.
