The Conference of Heads of Assisted Secondary School, CHASS has apologized to parents for the late notice on the rescheduling of the opening date for SHS three students.

Its President Ibrahim Abubakar in an interview said it recommended the rescheduling of the new opening date for form three students due to congestion in classroom and dormitories. Many students were turned away yesterday when they reported to school only to be asked to report on another date.

This caused a lot of inconvenience to both parents and students as many came from far places.

However, the CHASS President asked that parents bear with them as they use the one month to fashion out modalities to deal with the challenges.
